I recently closed on a loan which Stacy Parks was the officer on. The entire process went very smoothly from beginning to end. This was due totally to Stacy's experience in this area, her professionalism and her excellent customer relation skills. She honestly made this a great experience. I would like to add that I am writing this review because I truly value the service which I received from Stacy and First American Bank and with this being the case, I have started to work with them to help realize some of business goals and objectives.

Stacy is hands down the best! Not only does she know her information like the back of her hand she truly made me feel like we were family. Stacy bent over backwards to ensure my husband and I got the interest rate we deserved in order to move into our dream home. If you’re using anybody but Stacy you’re really missing out!

OMG! I called 1st Am for a bridge loan for a home purchase. Stacy Parks was assigned to my loan. She knows the business backwards and forwards. Got her all the docs and the bridge loan was on the way to being complete. Stacy did so well that I have her complete the mortgage loan for the new home purchase. I reached out to my good friend, Vern Kertis, from the Hoffman Estates branch requesting information about different types of loans the bank offers.
