There great !!! Never have issues !! Always take care of my banking and loan needs stacey and Jenna are awsome , tellers are always polite and smiling,,have and will continue to recommend them !!!!

Second time to this location. The first time my son didn't bring his wallet but the teller told him to bring his wallet and they would set him up, using me as his cosigner. Well we got his wallet and returned. Well this time they said he couldn't get a debit card even if I cosigner. I told them I would I would open the account and he could just use the card. Well the teller screamed "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!!!!". I told them I let my kids use my card when ever they need it. The other tellers crowded around while our teller told us we could do that, against the law. I left there very dissatisfied on the quality of the service and the knowledge of the personnel. I left there and went to another credit union and they took care of my sons needs

Every time I walk in someone is smiling or making a joke. It makes me want to come in more!!!!

They don't know what they are doing and it seems that there is always an issue with their system

The ladies at the Kankakee location are so down to earth and friendly. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
