Today I went into refinance my loan and I was shockingly surprised to see 1 lady in there working so hard by herself. Her name was Crystal and she took her time and was very professional. I asked her where everyone was and she laughed and said your looking at her. She said just started but from the looks of it, she seemed to have been very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I look forward to going back in there hopefully to get the same treatment. She truly made my day.
