Best bank I’ve ever used. Most of the employees are so nice and always helpful. They come across as real people instead of the typical bank employees at other banks who treat customers so rudely. Only experienced that rude attitude once or twice at this bank in the past 12 years and was always one particular employee who luckily I haven’t seen there in quite some time. Overall they seem to go above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

Employees are very rude and every time you try to withdraw money they are very rude about it.
