Charles & Pamela helped us with our home purchase a few years ago and it took the feelings of insecurity out of the process. We felt we were in good hands the whole way. Rates were great and so was the service. They are very tech savvy with the online forms to cut down on process times. They also have a great set up in person for people that are more comfortable with pen and paper. We recently refinanced with a VA IRRRL. First thing I did as a smart consumer was shop around for rates and fees. I then called Charles. He was able to meet and beat USAA, Navy Fed CU, and my current mortgagee! The process was smooth, fast, and frankly quite easy! We love the ease of this team, strong communication, and the sense of security that we are in good hands!
