Shayla made the process of purchasing a car so insanely easy. I was terrified and had no clue what I was doing…Shayla had the process done in less than two hours. The other employees had my bank account set up (as well as online banking) set up in the less than 2 hours as well. I have never had this kind of customer service at a bank! So happy with switch to Bank & Trust.
