My first encounter was positive and motivating. I had been through this process before with a different company. Let me tell you the experience I received from Market Place Mortgage was the best. Gavin was so confident that he could get me into home. Believe me when I say, he had his work cut off for him. To say the least, my credit was not the pristine. But, just like everyone else store I have read, Gavin got it it done. Gavin, thank you so much for your hard work and for being persistent and making the impossible, possible. I feel like I couldn't have accomplished being a homeowner in today's market without them specifically because of how turbulent the market is at this time.
