OneMain Financial, Lombard, IL

Have been a client of One main for some time, never really had an issue with them. They have been very helpful and flexible with me In Regards of my account. Joann called me to remind me that a payment I made was $0.004 less than what the associate ask me to pay. I couldn’t believe she called me to collect $0.004. I informed her that I did what the associate asked me to pay, she informed me that there was a mistake on the associate behalf. So I asked, how is that my fault?? The $0.004 isn’t an issue, it’s the integrity of One Main to be accountable for their mistakes and not bug a Long-standing customer over $0.004. Nor to tell them they will be delinquent if they don’t collect $0.004 from them. I offered to drop off $0.004 (cash) or Credit Card payment. (Given) what’s going on now a debit card is not available. Couldn’t we just add the $0.004 to my next payment. Again, it’s not the amount but the Principal of the matter you call me for $0.004 and I’ve done so much Business with you in good faith. This is very “Scumbaggish” of you One Main.

To me 30 days is from the 24th to 24th not until the 1st of the next Mos I have had frustrating issues normally helpful but this time ran my credit twice in 10 days and the balloon they offered was denied disappointing

Excellent service! Joanna was fantastic getting everything in order in a very timely manner. Very friendly and professional and made the start to finish process quick and easy- highly recommended!!!
