I applied for a loan and was contacted by Donna Kownacki. I didn't think I would get a loan but she was able to refinance my vehicle at a lower rate than I had and get me a personal loan for the amount I needed. Submitting the documentation was easy and she opened an account at the credit union for me and I never had to step into the office. I will definitely continue using Rock Valley Credit Union. Donna was knowledgeable, she kept in contact with me, and was pleasant to work with.

I applied for an auto loan, I had a wonderful experience this was my first time applying for a loan and Donna was wondering at explaining everything her communication was excellent, she made the loan process very easy. They sent me a new debit card in June, and closed my accounts in July for “no activity “ And took the money in the accounts as “inactivity fees” thankfully it was under $30 but it’s the principal. No notice, nothing mailed or emailed to me except a new card. Also the automated teller system is very impersonal. Glad I don’t bank there anymore, thief’s.

So far so terrible Donna in the lending department sent me an email with a link that didn't open. I called twice to get specifics, calls not returned so emailed back. And she replied by email that she had an issue with her phone and I apparently should have known this? and I should've emailed her earlier then she could've helped me...she had said it would be smooth and she said she was a guru the day before Let's all email her everyday to check her phone and make sure it is issue free and links sent actually open

Donna has gone above and beyond to help me with a car loan this week, and previously in 2019. I had a horrible experience with a dealership this week but thankfully Donna was able to make it work for me. I couldn't be happier, and I will recommend her to everyone, especially first-time buyers!
