They have hidden fees of sorts such as $900 for not carrying full coverage and $404 every 90 days even if you have ppl. Although you are still fully responsible for the loan. That's 2100 in a year extra onto your loan. Someone please file a civil suit, just doesn't add up. They are a hidden cash advance shop.

I cashed a check drawn on this bank today and I was treated as if I stole the check, even called the member to verify I didn't steal her checkbook. Also asked the member the reason she wrote the check to me. Super embarrassing and unprofessional.

Went into the credit union today to exchange a roll of quarters for a $10 bill and asked about opening up an account. The teller told me she cannot take in any quarters due to the "Patriot Act." There is no such clause in The Patriot Act saying you cannot exchange money. Not to mention they were pretty rude and snobby. Not only did they not get my business, but I went next door to Northwest Bank and they were more than welcoming.

I have had several auto loans with them since 2017 and never had any issues. They have always been polite, helpful and friendly. Their rates are always the best and have been really good whenever I have purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and made sure everything was perfect.

They get a negative 5! I have been with RBCU since I was 13 so over 30 years. They have gone from being a family friendly, family focused group to a group of rude, disengaged group. I have kept my account with them in spite of not living in Rockford. I have had 5 of my 6 car loans through them. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! SO RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC!
