I was going to rate higher. But recently my check stub was revised by my employer, and it's taking them such a long time to review it and approve it for me to refinance my loan. Why? A couple of days is all it should take. I'm a long-standing customer and I'm very disappointed. I wanted to refinance to take the money on my vacation and the clock is ticking.

You would think during covid , they wouldn’t be in your business far as lwop hours . But yes they are so dont waste time taking out loan with them , brothers or crystal rock

Awesome place, I can't remember the two lovely girls working that day but I had a great experience with them, they had awesome customer service, one was hispanic and the one that helped me was a lovely young african american lady, i hate to say it like that, but if she reads this, she helped me set up my water bill account on line, cause i didn't have the right document, which was a current bill) they both were super cool and they treated me like a friend and not like stranger, i hope when i go back they are still working there.

Takes too long to get check ....Sir Finance is much easier and faster and requires less documents ...
