Another strong selling-point for me were the personable team-members at Skydan Equity Partners LLC; that is, in addition to their diligent professionalism.

Talked to James and everything sounded good. Our home is in good shape and we had realtors tell us it would sell in 2 weeks for 230k. Skydan sent out a realtor and then they called me back and said they can't do the deal and would not explain why not. I have emailed, called and texted and can't even get a call or text back to explain what's wrong. So please explain why. Brandon did not explain anything about why you weren't able to. House is in excellent condition and in a very very wanted area in pleasant lake. What was wrong with my house? You never told me and are a scam artist liar both you and Brandon.

James at Skydan is awesome helped me through the process is was fast and easy needed money to replace roof on my house and do other things around the house with the program they offer definitely helped me out everything was done in less then a month everything went smooth thanks again appreciate it

Jim and Brandon were very responsive after I contacted them. I explained that I was in a a difficult position and need financial help. They were willing to help even though the banks would not and I owned my home 100%. Without their help I probably would have lost my car and all of my belonging in storage.
