Credit Union 1, Macomb, IL

They charged my account for 2 loan payments at once. Said they would refund my money but 5 days later and still no refund. Not a good look for the new bank in town. I'll be closing all my accounts at Credit Union 1 Monday morning.

Everyone here is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Everyone knows you by name and have been there awhile. From Leah to Brandy and Christy, ohhh and Corie in the back. Thank you for all you do for the members.

Friendly staff, always helpful when I call, very competitive interest rates-- financed a car and opened an account with them about a year ago and don't have much to complain about! Wish they were open a little longer would be the only thing.

I'll be the first to say I'm not very literate in banking but I was quickly helped by the team here. I was having issues with my prior bank and the Branch Manager (Cam) was able to help me switch to this location quick and efficiently. Major props to the branch manager as well, they actually knew what they were talking about and I could tell they genuinely cared when assisting me. It is difficult to find good service like this anymore, I greatly recommend!

One of the best decisions I've ever made was switching to Credit Union 1. I really like how easy the online banking works. Paula helped me set it up and whenever I need anything she is the one I call. Plus they have some of the best interest rates
