I used to bank here exclusively but then I tried to open a joint account with my fiance they wouldn't let him because the system they use alerted them that someone else had used his social security #. They were not helpful in getting it resolved, my fiance went to the social security office and there was no record of anyone else using his number so it was obviously a typo or problem in the banks records. I switched my main account to a different bank.

One of the best banks I have had to work with. Staff is always friendly and branch manager is very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place to bank.

Went to cash a check that was written from one of their customers and because I didn't have an account with them and check was over $50 they were going to charge me $12 to cash THEIR check. Crazy!
