OneMain Financial, Marion, IL

I went online and applied for a $1500 loan. I was approved immediately for way more that I'd asked for. The Marion office kept in contact with me through the whole process . Highly recommend them. If you are skeptical as I was give them a call. They are very forgiving. Nice payment plans too

We've had a loan with them for a couple of years. I called about 8 months ago to try to refinance a lil and was told to call back in 6 months . I waited 8 months. Was told yes gave me the number then was called back and was told another number which was half of the first then called again the 3rd day to be told no because they had my income at half of what I made. When I said that's wrong I was told sorry but they still couldn't help me. They literally took out 1400 of what I get a month.

I was approved for a loan a month ago I called A couple days before today and spoke to Rex and he said I was good to go still and then I spoke to a lady an older lady today She was very short with me she ran my credit without my approval Just very unprofessional because she was stressed out because she was the only one vaccinated in the officew as supposedly not approved this time as I was saying thank you the phone was already hung up on me And then I called the office in Carbondale to tell them what went on and then this lady had the audacity to call me up and try and say I gave her approval to run my credit she was so stressed out she doesn't know whether she was coming or going I highly do not recommend using these people Carbondale yes they're OK

This place is a joke. “Excellent approval odds” on credit karma. Filled out application and got an email saying I was approved. Then they actually run my credit to tell me I’m not approved. Don’t waste your time.

One main financial were perfect. I was told what I could get up front as well as my payment information, credit reporting and how long the payments will be. Easy and flexible. The loan officer was knowledgeable, polite, and precise. One Main Financial aren't out to get you, they are very helpful and make you feel comfortable.

I am thankful I used OneMain Financial. It helped me get credit card debt consolidated and also it helped me with my credit scores. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help. They were fast, professional, and so kind in getting a loan.

Trash, they just want your collateral. If you're making enough to get an income based loan from there you can get approved elsewhere.
