I honestly believe that they make these ratings up their selves I wouldn’t recommend no one coming up here to get a loan lady at front desk has attitude not friendly at all! They told me that they had to do employee verification and when I got in touch with the HR at my job I called sail loans back and told them that I had a number for them to call to verify through work phone they literally told me no and when I told them that I can give them a number for them to atleast talk to someone in HR they shut me out and didn’t have no interest and helping me out at all! They don’t work with you at all they don’t take offer letters at all they make it extremely hard for you to take out a loan with then on top of that if you take out for example 2500 for a loan they don’t give you the whole think they only give you about 700 and make you pay that all off until you even touch any of the rest of the money and it gains interest! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all you’ve been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, the team handled my situation so delicately and made me comfortable. They were extremely patient and was ready and willing to assist with anything I needed, from printing out documents to speaking with my bank to get my loan deposited. They also have so many plans that can help you now and in the long run. I’d forever appreciate the team for helping me at my time in need. I GLADLY recommend. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Barbara has great customer service!!! She suggestive sold me into increasing my loans and explained it wonderfully. Outside business she has been comforting to me whenever I come into the office as far as myself having issues outside of here. She maintains her work ethic and compassion for others.
