This is not a bank! They never send me monthly statements and can not explain to me why my amount they claim I owe is the amount they are stating. They do not offer any online services so I also can not see any statement activity online or make payments online. So to summarize They claim they know what a person's payment amount is yet they can NOT tell me why or how it is that amount as they do NOT offer statements on the account! When I tried asking about a statement all the sudden the person at this place couldn't hear me anymore....very convient. They are not a legitimate bank by any means!

20 year customer. Live out of state and they still provide great service and rates.

All the staff at AECU is amazing! They are always friendly and helpful! AND it's a great place to fulfill your financial needs!

They were rude instead of helping us fill out the application for a loan they chose to criticise us on how we didn't have the know how to get a loan there fore they have lost all of our buisnes
