What a garbage place. I have a 720 credit score and they wont refinance a $5,000 car loan on a car worth 8k all because I have been a little short on hours this winter. It is hard working construction and because I have a blue collar job they treat me like trash even though I've paid every debt I've ever gotten into fully and without missed payments. My current car loan I pay $450 a month. If I can cover that I can cover the ~$250 per month 3 year refinance. What is the point in paying your bills on time if it doesn't count for anything.

Pleasingly is the most important thing!

Do not get a car loan here. Difficult to work with and demanding. They do not communicate well with you or third parties like insurance. Should have known they were not professional when we couldn’t even get someone to talk to us about the loan in the first place. They will just leave in the middle of the work day and not come back when they say they will. So much wasted time and energy.
