I brought in a $800 opal wire wrap pendant, the owner was extremely rude and tested the opal with a diamond tester (seemed a little off to me) then went on to tell me it was glass then tested the silver on it which came back as real, he told me that he would buy it as scrap silver for $20, after bringing it in to other places all confirmed it was real and offered me actual prices that were closer to the origanal price, after looking around the shop there was nothing good and it was all trash. Do not bring jewelry here unless you want to get scammed. If i could i would rate this at 0 stars.

They were very helpful and they worked with me on a price for a ring. Only pawn shop I ever come to. Always get great customer service and great deals. When I sell stuff they work with me on prices and give me the best offer they can. Definitely the best shop I have ever been to and I won't ever go anywhere else.

Very nice looking shop. The guys all seemed very friendly and were very patient answering my questions. If my husband needs tools, I'm going to send him there first. Nice selection. Prices seemed pretty fair.

This place was wonderful. They gave me more than what I was expecting and everyone was very friendly. They were very courteous and quick. I would definitely come back again to do business with them.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a pawn shop. Manager had 10 day hold on a bike I wanted to purchase. Informed me he would call me when the hold completed. Sure enough, the manager Johnny called, and I now have a great mountain bike at an unbelievable price. The employees couldn't be nicer. Had my dogs in the car, and they invited them in for water and treats. I will definitely be going back for additional items. Very hospitable, and inviting group of guys. Thank you Johnny and the crew.

Great experience! Did a google search for pawn shops that pawn firearms and Alexanders was a top result. Brought in my Remington 870 to pawn and received excellent service from the minute I walked in the door. I had a number in my head that I needed to get to and after a brief negotiation I got what I wanted and the owner was extremely well mannered and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to pawn or sell a firearm. Will visit again!
