Eureka Savings Bank, Mendota, IL

One of the BEST-if not the BEST bank I've ever dealt with. I want to THANK Jesse, Lucia, Nick, Katie & Marissa for their serious attention to detail & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Yes, they're a small town bank that recently upgraded their systems, but they are all here to help in my opinion. Make sure to use Eureka for your home loan, they will save you $1000's compared to a bank like Bank of America. They 're about to service a 2nd home loan, and I feel so lucky I found Eureka. Terrible issues with card even after a week later. Don’t recommend this bank

Customer service is excellent. Always greeted properly and taken care of professionally. Anna is always helpful with information and working with us for any loans. I would recommend Eureka and Anna to anyone looking for a well established and professional bank that can serve all your needs. They keep all details and loans local, so you never worry about your accounts going elsewhere.

Anna is amazing at her job! She has helped our family immensely over the past decade but more recently with the passing of my dad.
