Called about a approval letter and i was having troble doing it online so i called to ask if i could go in they said (NO WE ARE BUSY WE HAVE 5 APPS WERE DOING NOW JUST DO IT ONLINE ) i said im sorry it wont take my email and im sorry to up set u i wasnt asking for u to help me right now i was going to make appoint ment i under stand others where 1st (WELL JUST GO ON LINE ) i said thats the problem i cant it wont let me can i make a app(WERE BUSY ) i said ok never mind ill go to sun loan they always r happy to help this lady was so rude lady its ur job i wasnt asking for u to do it right away i was asking if i could come in sometime for help i could of came in a week there was no reason for u to complain that u have 5 other loans to do duh u work at a loan facility all i wanted was a app to get help with a loan but obviously u want people to go else where
