I would like to think Vibrant credit union for all the help, always answering my call and being there whenever I needed them. For my purchase of my new condo. I decided to buy one after my husband passed away two years ago and Vibrant was so so helpful to me. I would recommend them to anyone. They handled all my needs and explained everything in detail

I had to light a fire to get my loan processed but overall I haven't had a major issue... I've only been with them a year and a half...I see a lot of people talking about locations...not really a problem where I live. I drive 15 minutes to Geneseo ..sure it might take a few minutes but never more than 10 minutes..as far as atms for the uneducated....Allpoint atms are everywhere and are free of charge..learn how to use Google its a beautiful thing...less locations? If I was a business owner I would cut overhead spending myself...makes sense right? More money in your pocket...I've seen 1 review on here that would even be deemed worthy for a 1 star...yeah I had to light fires to get my loan application finished but not one single representative was rude to me...all very polite and professional and I dealt with quite a few...also another negative review I read...if you call me with an attitude I'm getting one back plain and simple.

We switched from Wells Fargo to Vibrant and every interaction has been amazing. We have now refinanced 3 vehicles, a camper and our mortgages. Our oldest recently turned 16 and needed an account so we set one up with Vibrant for them. Most of our interactions have been with Clarissa. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about what the bank offers. She was helpful and easy to reach through all of our transactions. It's employees like her that make Vibrant great. We are very happy to be Vibrant customers.

Our Auto loan was done very quickly and painlessly. So much better than dealing with the car dealerships finance department. Truly nice staff would highly recommend Vibrant for your next auto loan

Drew worked with me right away. We were able to problem solve and get me taken care of the next day. He helped with several questions I had and made sure we weren't finished until all my questions were answered. Definitely a great car loan experience.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Vibrant Credit Union in setting up an account for my new business. The agent I spoke with on the phone stepped me through the online application process and also helped me to find the link to additional information I needed to request from my state. The onsite portion of my setup also went very smoothly and quickly. While there I was able to address questions about my personal account and even learned of new interest-earning financial products for savings and checking. All in all, a great place for all your banking needs!

I tried to move an IRA I had at Vibrant into an IRA of different terms. Was told I didn't have an account there ( my husband and I have our accounts there, but in a Trust and I wasn't first signer, so told didn't count.) My current IRA didn't count. So they had to run a credit check even though they give me credit score monthly, open an account then they would move my IRA. All that after waiting inline for 15 minutes to be told no one here can do that, please call. Extremely frustrating but rep was nice.

I've held off reviewing this place but I think it's time. I've been with this place since it was Deer Harvester Credit Union. Ever since Vibrant took over I feel less important to them, and have been more frustrated by their service. Vibrant will NOT go out of their way or "bend over backwards" for their customers!
This particular location seems to always have problems. From being understaffed during lunch hours, to their computers not working right. Last time I just wanted to have a simple balance sheet printed out. They couldn't do it!
I bought a motorcycle a year ago, then a car this year. I needed a loan for both. Both times I went to Vibrant and both times I was met with absurdly high interest rates. I ended up going somewhere else for both loans! Once again I've been a customer for almost 20 years.
There are much better credit unions out there that take care of their members. I'm in the process of finding one and moving my business elsewhere.
