Ava was awesome!! She out me more $$$ than I was expecting. I had even forgot to make appointment, and she still did all she could for me. The ladies that work here are always so nice to work with.

Great interest rates great loans bad customer service at points was yelled at and told I had to pay by today when it's actually by Monday never told me what I owed didn't care whatd happened just wanted to be rude. Can't direct me to a customer service number to fix my ability to login to my account and make payments on the website I get their just at the store front and can't mess with my account but I'm sure there's a number that would be able to do that she clearly didn't care enough to look into it for me

I've always had a great experience here. All the ladies have been super nice and helpful. World finance eminates professionalism and kindness.
