Absolutely disgusted with them! Went to get a loan on Thursday and was told should take 1 day to know if it would go through, waited until Saturday with no contact and tried 3 times to contact the loan officer and heard nothing, talked to someone on the phone and said she would help just to hang on a second, then was sent to a voicemail. Hung up to call back and then they were closed so I couldn’t talk to anyone! Have never in my life been treated the way they have. I have been with this bank ever since I was old enough to have a bank account. Absolutely disgusted!! So never found out if I did or didn’t get the loan and now my credit score has taken a hit so if I go somewhere else there’s that. They have always been a great place to bank but with the way I was just dealt with I don’t recommend them!

I took out my first loan with the credit union. Every single member of the staff is so helpful and courteous. Fantastic place to bank.

Mrs. Holding helped me, I have to say she is by far the best person I have ever worked with at any bank. She answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up from start to finish. She went above and beyond! I haven't had any issues since I started banking here. Very happy I am with Financial Plus!!!

It was a wonderful and smooth experience to open an account here. Arely did a fantastic job introducing me into my debit account. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough, and she is bilingual!

Nice friendly place for basic transactions. However, if you have to deal with the "work from home" people through email they are mostly lazy and unprofessional. Good luck getting a response.

I'm leaving these 5 stars for the Morris and Ottawa Branches. But I want to shed light on another branch. I've tried to move past my original experience at FP diamond branch earlier this year but it still bothers me to this day. I was at diamond as soon as they opened and was told the system was down which I understood cause thats out of their control. I told the manager Leslie I would be back in a few days to open my account and she kinda steered me away by saying I could return if I "insist" or check out the other branches instead of coming back even though I told her it was closest to my house. I took the message and went to morris and was helped immediately by Meghan. I had a great experience the second time around and even though it's less convenient, I still shy away from diamond and go to the other branches to handle business. Unfortunately diamond didn't seem as welcoming and that was sad to see as a new member to the credit union.
