Accepted a loan last year. First payment iwas told to bring in a MO. brought it in, they never processed my payment so since it bounced my saving account costing me 160$ then one main tried charging me a 25$ late fee.. been paying in this loan for 8 months, decided to pay it off completely. I did, they said my title to my car will be mailed to me around 2 weeks. Here it is 2 months later and no title. Been wanting to sell this car but can't because that are too busy to stop issuing loans to look for my title.. the excuse I keep getting is "I don't know".. good luck

They will not return my phone calls about getting my payment information. They are rude and hateful and will not answer my questions when I am able to call them during business hours (I work night shift). Horrible customer service. I do not recommend.
