Great experience working with the Mount Carroll Banking Center. Have done personal and business banking with them for awhile now and they are top notch! Always there to help. These guys are to busy to call back a 20+ year customer. Happened 2 times now where we couldn't get a call back. Me and the wife both called and nobody ever called us back. We have good credit and can go anywhere to get a loan. We went here for the personal attention we received before. Seems we aren't worthy of any attention at all now. Will never use them again.
