Beacon and Phillip were fantastic as always. I appreciate his help and commitment to me. I'm just a small biz and he treats me like I'm his only client and concern. He always goes over and above, always responds to emails and messages almost instantly--even after hours. Phillip is great to work with!!

Just be sure you have good insurance. I put 10k down on a truck, made a upgrade with trade in for a new truck. Had it for about a month and someone made a uturn in front of me and wrecked it. Beacon is suing me for breach of contract due to it being in the shop for almost 4 months and couldn't keep up the payments. Then send me an email that offers 6 months no payments, interest free on new financing. But no break on my payments while my truck was not making any money.

Beacon Funding has the worst customer service agents I have ever encountered! As soon as you call the representative is quick & short "Where can I direct your call?" and if you are not sure & state so, they will raise their voice and repeat the same question even after giving the Rep. a short description of your needs. Once I was transferred over to Accounts Receivable, the male rep had no clue how to help me. He placed me on hold for a short time and came back on the line only to state he will call me back without verifying any numbers to call back to. I had to ask him kindly which number would he call back. He proceeded to give me the number on his caller ID. Guess who is still waiting on a call back from them? Me!!!! Extremely disappointed. Unacceptable.

Chase is AWESOME!! Always stays in touch with us all year long, reaching out to us to let us know he is there to help if needed. He makes any loan process a breeze... We are extremely happy with Chase he goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need.
