Suisse Bancorp, Oak Brook, IL

Repeatedly come to my house looking for someone who does not live here. Demanding i show identification to them. Wearing police badges with bullet proof vests. Trying to intimidate someone. After 6x coming in 3 months looking for same person who does not live here. Today just now at 10:50am proceeds to tell me that i am person they are looking for and also that he was on my property writing down license plates of vehicles and running them to see who own what. When i told him that TRESPASSING as my residence is private property and he has no business what so ever lurking and looking around it ever. He tried to stuff papers for person he is looking for in my mailbox. When i told he he had no business doing he argued and walked away till i called 911. Then he came back and removed from mailbox and stuffed inside my screen door ripping my screen window. I was on phone with police. They heard it all and got officers here fast. He argued with Police saying he was trying to serve person who i am not. police told he he could not and told him he can not be lurking around my private property either inspecting vehicles. They gave him papers back and told him to leave. When officers where walking back to their cars he ran over in front of them and threw papers in my bushes in yard on street and drove off. Police laughed told him to pick up paper, but he jumped in his car and drove off instead. Police said it was a ignorant move and gave me the name off paper of company to call and report what had happened. They told me LEGALLY he CAN NOT THROW COURT PAPERS IN SOMEONES BUSHES AND DRIVE AWAY!!! He physically has to prove identity of said person and hand them to them for it to be LEGAL!!!! i guess since he has a badge and a vest he can do whatever he wants because he has a badge and works for county or state. if that is not abuse of power with a badge i do not know what is. Police told me if they ever come back to get a Attorney involved and go after them and i think i will. he is lucky my security cameras did not come yet or i would be contacting a Attorney especially if i catch him lurking around my property. I took these pictures of where he threw papers in yard. Police took papers away to dispose of them so not blowing around neighborhood. Sussie Bancorp`s agent representing them was as described. White Male, Greyish facial beard, 5`8 to 5`10, small framed, drives a White Chevy Trail Blazer. I would love to know what agency he works for to report him since he wears a badge and represents a State agency by wearing to going to peoples homes with badge and bullet proof vests. He prob had a gun on him also. Here is where he threw your papers in front of police on private property than sped off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! You are as good as a Company as Employees you hire!!! He is a Employee he represent them as a hole!!! Creditor Harassment Tactics on someone who is not even responsible for a DEBT!!!! UPDATE as of 03/30/21 After incident that took place with your AGENT who REPRESENTS your COMPANY!!! I filed a POLICE REPORT and they helped me get in contact with the a STATES ATTORNEY!!! Who filed a ORDER OF PROTECTION!!!!! For me AGAINST YOUR COMPANY AND IT S REPRESENTATIVES!!!! ANYONE FROM sussie bancorp or its employees or people representing them are barred from being in or around 5,000 feet of my PROPERTY!!!!! The STATES ATTORNEY was deeply disgusted when thy read report from Police saying ACTIONS your AGENT took & did!!! They where deeply disturbed that YOUR AGENT WAS SNEAKING AROUND ON PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! And more DISTURBED that they are writing down private information about property and using STATE RESOURCES!!!! to find out information on PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!! Even though as proven the VEHICLE your agent says is owned by a person he says is not TRUE!!! When title and registration along with proper ID was showed proving not person YOUR AGENT WANTS IT TO BE!!!!! A ORDER OF PROTECTION WAS ISSUED!!!! So i am letting you know PUBLICLY HERE AND NOW. There is a ORDER OF PROTECTION!!!!!

Was referred to this company and one other by my work comp case atty who said that they are the most reasonable he's aware of in the area. I called both companies to apply and Suisse Bancorp took my application first. The other company called me back to take my application and I politely let them know that I have another app with Suisse Bancorp, but I would still like to get the two offers to compare. The other company called back first with an offer and the amount was lower than I wanted to borrow. So, I told them I would wait for Suisse Bancorp's offer to make my decision. I got the callback from Joey at Suisse Bancorp telling me I was denied. Having been just approved by the other company very quickly, I asked why I was being denied. Joey said he didn't know because they make that decision in another dept. But, he also mentioned that the other company called to let them know I had applied with them. So, he suggested I take that offer. I then asked are you associated with the other company in any way, and he said no. I said then as an applicant, I deserve an answer. Otherwise, it seems that you and the other company have colluded behind the scenes without giving me a choice in the matter. I have since twice talked to Tim White who confirmed that they did not make an offer because the other company had already done so and that if they had it would not have been for any more since they are a "conservative" company. I don't deny that for these other reviewers they may have had a great experience with their loan. I'm upset because Suisse Bancorp did the very definition of collusion with Preferred Capital Funding by not giving me, the applicant, the opportunity to choose between the two fairly. I have since decided to not use Preferred either, and have taken out a loan with a company that offered me more money, but will cost me more in the end.

I would recommend this company to everyone I know that is in need of a loan. I am so impressed by their professionalism. They had my loan approved and in my account overnight. Thank you Suisse Bancorp!

Avoid these loans at all costs because they are regarded as predatory loans! I'm submitting mine for evaluation to the Attorney General. Even my attorney admits these are predatory and should be illegal!
