I took out my truck back in 2019 with Future Finance. Issues were always resolved. Customer service always answered my questions & a couple times I was able to just call and let them know I needed a couple days to make a payment and they were understanding! This Company has reported accurately to all three major credit bureaus every month. My last payment was set to be in Nov of this year. Unfortunately my car got hit & my insurance deemed it a total loss. I was able to speak with Lupe & get a payoff quote for my insurance and was even given a direct extension where my insurance could reach out to them to help speed up the process. I am waiting for my settlement payment & definitely asked about financing with them again this year. They also have online access to pay online or over the phone.

Extremely rude, and will HARASS you with phone calls on your personal phone, WORK phone, and even people who were put down as any references. Doesn’t deserve one star but you need one to make a review.

Am rating them a 2 only because my representative has the worst attitude possible she screams at you I always tend to avoid talking to her cause she understands no reasoning but all other reps have and understand your problems and help you solve them but when they cant and I have to be transfer to her I just hang up now I been complaining about her for 2 years now and I can't get them to give me a new rep am glad am almost done with HER!!!!

So today I called regarding my husband account because he wanted to pay his car off i wanted to speak to a manager because the girls are super rude they talk to you as if they are the CEO of the company and we owe them money so when I finally got a hold of a manager KATHERINE she didn’t even let me explain the reason for my call she is a BULLY she is very!!! RUDE and didn’t let me explain nothing the owner needs to come down from where he is and fire the whole unprofessional team I will definitely make sure that NO ONE!!!!!!! Ever finance with these ignorant unprofessional bullies and especially you Katherine I have so much to say but I rather not you unprofessional no class having bully you selfish grinch I’m so livid

They are a Dirty Company they will repo your car. Then stall you so they can sell your car for less than nothing to one of there family Members.
