World Finance in Oak Lawn, IL. is a very professional finance company. Maranda is the lady to see when you go there. She is so nice, courteous and friendly, she really knows how to get you what you came there for. She has helped me out with several of their loans, and I have bad credit, so, if your credit isn't all that great, this is the place to go to for a loan. Maranda knows what to do to get you what you need at the time of your needs. The manager there is also, very helpful and nice and courtesy too. They really have it on the ball, when it comes to helping you get a loan, especially, Maranda, she is the lady to ask for, when you go there. One more thing, if you are an old schooler, and you are not to familiar with these new fangled phones that they have out there, now a days, Maranda will take the time to assist you with your type of phone, so that you may or might have to upload some documents to her, so that she can process your loan, she will take the time to assist you with uploading your documents, if you don't know how to do so yourself, like I didn't know how, but, once again, Maranda, took a few minutes to assist me with my Android phone, so that I could screenshot her some of my documents, so, that she could process my loan for me, of which I really needed at the time. World Finance in Oak Lawn, especially Maranda, they are the best loan company on the south side of Chicago.

I called the company for a refinance amount. They gave me one amount over the phone and then acted like they didn't. I contacted the corporate office several times, but never got a response. I will never step foot in this branch again! They do not appreciate a good customer, because they are using zip codes! They will never have the chance to red line me again!

This location has a very nasty phone attitude I call to make my payment and because they have a poor phone system, clients can not hear their respones. When you ask them to turn up their phone you get attitude and then hang up on. Well I reported it the manager she was no better so guess what screw world loan finance in Oak Lawn.
