Paula Kocher assisted me with completing my home loan. She was amazing the entire process and made it so easy and did all this while I lived out of state! She is kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond by collaborating with her peers to come up with a list of potential contractors to complete some work I need done. I am so grateful for her professionalism and generosity of spirit!

I called the main street branch today on a conference call and the lady that answered the phone had a huge attitude problem and wouldn't help me with my issue. Also I have had my debit card decline twice during different times randomly and they had no explanation as to why it did. I do not recommend this bank at all.
