I had the opportunity to purchase a Tacoma Parlor Guitar through J&S and what a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Roberto! From the negotiation to paying for and shipping the guitar the service and interaction were top notch the entire way. Roberto was fun and engaging the entire time and kept me updated with prompt phone calls and texts to explain everything that was going on from his end. As far as the negative reviews posted about J&S well read them and think for yourself these people aren't the brightest and wanted something for nothing and left a bad review? Nonsense. Two fingers up Roberto.....my thumbs of course!

Came here with some items left to me by my grandparents. Great guys, they were nice, considerate and very friendly! On top of that they were also reasonable, I could tell they weren’t trying to pull a fast one on me. Thanks guys!!

Watch was fitting to big so I took it to James & Sons Jewelers in Olympia Fields and In a matter of minutes it was fixed. In and out and on my way. Love the convenience and the turn around time plus everyone was great!! Need a watch repair or jewelry come check them out!
