Karen made her supervisor come outside to kick me out of the parking lot for sitting in my car and eating. I’m not exaggerating, I was there for only 5 minutes. The reasoning was because it’s a “bank parking lot”. Nowhere is there a sign that says the parking lot is reserved for customers only. The parking lot is always empty. Just wanted to eat somewhere quiet and away from people on my lunch break. So sorry for that inconvenience.

The folks who work here are petty, unfriendly, and have waaaay too much time on their hands. So much time that they can harass potential customers who dare park in their empty parking lot for a few minutes? Dont put your money in this place. The employees are trash.

Ok to bank with But when my wife left me, midland wouldn't let her take her name off our joint account however they did allow her to close Our account and take Our money. How Retarded! Thank God she gave me my half of our money! This policy needs to change!
