CFS is a great company to work with especially while building your credit. The owner Karen and her staff work hard and personally to help you get payments in on time to help both parties. Staff is very understanding if life’s problems happen they are willing to show compassion and work with you overall definitely need to rock with them.

It is incredible that an institution like this is so unprofessional. My payments were automatic every month. A November payment that came from my bank supposedly turns out that years, 4 months after my payment, they told me that the payment was not processed. How did that happen? The problem is that they do not try to see the root of the problem, they only charge as I told you, I will pay what I owe, not one dollar more, not one dollar less, for example, if now this bank with which they work tells them the payments of a certain client in a year were not processed. they don't behave, they simply charge you back, really badly

I tried getting a loan and had questions about some paperwork they were requesting. When I called the number I received for a point of contact, Karen answered and was extremely rude. She answered the phone with an attitude, asked who it was and told me not to call that number again. That is definitely not a way to treat any customer, if you don't want anyone calling that number don't give it out.

CFS is awesome, they have helped me out constantly with finances. The staff are friendly and willing to work with you to get you what you need.
