First Farmers Bank and Trust, Paris, IL

My husband went to Chrisman on 11.12.22. Closed. Online it says they are closed on Saturday at all locations. When did they start this new policy? I go to Paris same day. The door says they are open 8-12. I show up at 11. Door is locked. I circle the building? The drive thru is open! Get your online, door and each branch on the same page.

terrible. had a problem with the atm. went to get my cash out for rent and it spit me out a receipt saying that cash cannot be dispensed at this time. so then i checked my account later and it said it went through. after doing a lot of back and fourth with the bank they said there’s literally nothing they can do that i’ll have to file a dispute. which can take up to 90 days to get your funds back. and this happened on a friday and my rent is do on monday. so i strongly suggest DO NOT BANK HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT

Theyre supposed to be open till 5- according to their hours of operation- and they always close early or at least shut down their phones early. Pretty irritating when your trying to reach someone during their open hours.

I had the pleasure of once again visiting this bank in person today. Due to their user friendly website and comprehensive online services I rarely need to visit in person. Today, I needed to convert change into bills and I cannot do that online. If anyone knows how to do that, please clue me in. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the bank's services are all encompassing. I asked the staff member if she could pass a message on to their online department. She thought I wanted to voice a complaint. Nothing could have been further from the truth as I find no complaint with this bank. Along with the positive experiences I have had in person, their online services, website and attention to detail are outstanding. Secure messages are replied to in more than a timely manner and are informative. One of the better online services I have interacted with. First Farmers Bank and Trust in Paris Illinois is a well rounded bank and a pleasure to do business with. Highly Recommend.
