I worked with Bryson and Rachel at FSM and they were both very helpful! It was my first time buying and they were able to answer all my question and help me get the documents I needed for approval. Bryson also caught that a new grant program opened up about the same day I applied for the loan. We were able to use that to save me thousands! He worked it out so that I actually got some cash back at the closing. He was also quick to get me locked in at a lower interest rate when the Federal Reserve increased rates during my application. They are very knowledgeable about the products available and I would definitely recommend FSM to anyone, especially if you are new to the process of applying for a home loan.
