long-time customer. Customer service is AWFUL. I do not understand how OneMain has allowed these old ladies to talk to customers! Rude, argumentative, snotty stuck-up attitudes. I was about to take out another large loan but that attitude turned me away. Can someone look into these recorded calls?

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with One Main Financial. My credit isn't perfect, and I needed a decent amount of funds in a rather short time frame. One Main Financial made the application process extremely easy, and the local branch office contacted me within the hour to explain the next steps. There were a couple small stumbling blocks with my bank, but the One Main Financial team worked with me diligently to explore other options to get my funds to me ASAP. Debbie was wonderful to work with and she clearly explained repayment options when I came in to sign the paperwork. As an added bonus, she had me out the door with my funds in a matter of minutes. Bottom line - if you need cash fast, even if your credit isn't the best, I highly recommend the professional, non-judgmental staff of One Main Financial. They're in the business of doing whatever they can to help, and they're a pleasure to work with.

All three ladies I remember working with were prepared, patient, knowledgeable, and followed through on what they said. It seems like a place that customers can rely on.

Say i was approved for the amount i wanted then called back and said they cant do anything for me. Place is a joke just like all the reviews stated.

The staff is amazing and they are always helpful from the start to the end.

HARRASSMENT AT ITS FINEST!!! Completely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful employees and managers I have ever dealt with. Long time customer and will NOT be back and will NOT recommend to anyone. UNBELIEVABLE
