Sun Loan Company, Pekin, IL

I have been a well respected customer by Sun Loan up until the last half of this year. I have had a lot of bad luck occurrences happen which has caused me to be behind on my bill. Kayla has always been wonderful to work with and Adrian when he was there. It now seems like my account is being handled by a woman named Jobi. She is very rude, not helpful, and very disrespectful. For someone who has worked in an office for such a short period of time to already be rude to loyal customers is ridiculous. The service I have been getting went from a 10 to a quick 1.

Stopped in to make our payment today, actually thought to grab your clerk's card this time. Jobie Steenbergen is always friendly, quite efficient and quick. Kayla and Jobie are always very welcoming when I come to the office, any questions I've had they've always been able to answer quickly and with accuracy. Rates have never been better either. Stopping with sun loan with a no brainer when I comes to getting a loan.
