Better Banks, Peoria City Township, IL

I called about a charge on my account that didn’t seem accurate, the bookkeeping lady was completely rude during the entire conversation. I understand it’s the holidays, but she was just nasty. Pretty sad when I use to work at one of their branches, and get treated like this.

New car loan thru horrid Uftring E.P. with this bank. Should have been Ford credit. I per-qualified but the kick-backs these two have going on it wasn't even mentioned about Ford credit. Never received any information from BB about the loan. I had to find the sales paper and look oh big surprise due in 10 days. So you go on-line to pay, $5.00 to pay on-line,....informed you have to ask for bills, payment book,...ummm since when I've bought 10 new vehicles in my life, one last year. So you don't get a letter, bill, coupons anything you look up everything on the Inter-Web and guess,...new Name,....So-So-Bank,...please sell my loan to a real bank.

Opened savings accounts for my 2 kids today. People are super friendly. I prefer banking locally, and this bank is my first choice.

these people finance the loan through a company who didn't document any paperwork at all they didn't check to see if I even had a job before they posted the loan they're crooks just like autolane who they work with
