I have been banking here since college. I use to go in every pay day and deposit my check with the lovely Susan. We built a great relationship and helped me to open another savings account. Today, 7 years later, with a mask on, sunglasses and a drastically new hair color, Susan greeted me through the slot and knew who I was. Asked about something personal and took care of me.
