I dealt with Shawn and he had Amazing customer service, very helpful, very friendly, and very patient. With poor credit, a cosigner, and no prior loans he did more than a phenomenal job at getting me taken care of. 6 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Received the pre-qualified letter, was going to ignore it, but tried for a small consolidation loan was told I was approved come in sign papers, get there , different story. I refused to use my car as collateral.credit took a hit for nothing . Never again.

Was in a hurry and didn't review all documents before signing. Payoff amount is over double what my vehicle was being bought for. Definitely the worst financial decision of my adult life.

Ashley was great! My only issue is that my $ was deposited on 11/3, and I already had a payment post on 11/6. I thought that was odd. From my understanding it was supposed to be December 3.

Absolutely horrible. I have paid over 10k for a 7k loan…and they claim I’ve paid -3%. Terrible services and spent over 3mo just trying to get it on some form of automatic payment before they force you to refi in someway. They also reported that I “missed a payment” when in reality it was through their own faults, causing credit score strain. I would not recommend them to anyone. This company is stealing your money through loopholes and inflated predatory APRs and loan tactics; they have been reported to the CFBP.

Experience was very fast and efficient. Ashley H was very professional and courteous. Would recommend to all my friends
