Very snobby. My grandma and extended family has banked there for decades. They lied about it being illegal to notarize out of state, even tho I was told I could over the phone if I was with someone with an account and usps had no problem notarizing my paper to continue attending the University of Florida. The lady told me I had to fly to Florida and back to get a proper notarization which would have costed over a thousand dollars. Good thing I didn’t listen. They seem to think that just because they have a pretty building they can be classist towards small town/working class/rural America. Extremely bad impression.
