Couldn’t even count my money right... The employees there are so entitled and have nasty attitudes. I once wanted to make a deposit for our business and the woman was giving us trouble because it was too large of an amount. I mean we own a construction business and it is definitely not our first time making a large deposit. Be sure to count your money before you hand it to the employees. We did switch banks after.

Non stop issues with logging into the app or bank to even access my account. Numerous times have been told the system is down with no notification on anything. Definitely will be going to a different bank

Got a home loan at a different branch. Very happy very impressed. Went to a personal account here near home with them. I was not impressed with the service there.No greeting bunch of chit chating going on.About personal stuff. I guess i was bothering them. Left the 10 grand in a the bank where they say hello can i help you.

Love the banks Kasasa Cash rates and ease of earning interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hours are great!
