i have been a customer of the Philo exchange bank for over 30 years and as far as banks go they are the finest bank to do business with a staff that will go to the extreme to help you with any problem you might have.

We have been with the Philo Exchange Bank for over 50 years and have always had very positive experiences. My mother is also a client and was recently the victim of a scam. It was very traumatic, but the very first thing we did was have all her banking information changed. Jean Cain was incredible. She was calm and reassuring, answering all our questions (some multiple times). Just knowing this was taken care of helped my mother feel safer and more secure.
