This review is long overdue, but well deserved nonetheless. Vito was absolutely incredible to work with in every aspect during my first home buying experience. Financing was a quick and hassle free process. Vito and his team communicated closely with me, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. On top of that, Lifestone Mortgage secured me with the best APR out there. When rates dropped a year later, I didn’t need to take advantage of refinancing because I was already locked into the lower rates being offered. When all was said and done, the finances were the easiest part of becoming a homeowner! I can’t say thank you enough! I look forward to working with Vito and Lifestone Mortgage in the future and can’t recommended them highly enough!

We worked with Vito to buy our home in 2021-22 and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and responsive, answering our questions extremely quickly. Some other lenders we considered took days to respond, but Vito always did within an hour (and usually less). He even prepared documents for us on the eve of a holiday weekend. In this market, having a responsive lender is key and Vito made it easy to move quickly. He also secured us a great rate. We highly recommend!

I GOT A GUY... HIS NAME IS VITO!!! Contacted Vito about 18 months ago for advice on what we needed to do set ourselves up for Mortgage success after bankruptcy. He gave us what we now know to be INVALUABLE advice. WE followed it and had marked improvement in our credit scores. He and his team walked us through the mountain of paperwork and data the lender required for our mortgage and even navigated through weird waters concerning our seller.
