Peoples Credit Inc. Consumer Installment Loans, Plano, IL

I have been working with People’s Credit for 3 months now. They work with me when no one else would for a car loan. I love my used car and the customer service each time I call. They make you feel more than a loan number and answer all questions with quality answers. I suggest anyone to loan with them when you are in need. To tell this business thank you for helping me out when I needed it the most doesn’t come cut close to how grateful I am. Their loan is fair as well as the grace period when you are in a bind. This business is legit.

I called because my car was repossessed, the girl Angie was horrible and had a attitude right from the start. I asked to speak with the Manager George who laughed at me and hung up the phone! I called back and Angie picked up again and told me that George didn't want to talk to me and no one working there wanted to talk to me! I never missed a payment and If I was going to be late I would make payment arrangements. I wasn't far from paying my car off when they took my car. Horrible people. Yes I did make my payments on time despite what the Manager George says! I have proof that says otherwise. It's funny to see all these paid reviews. SMH!! I would give this place zero stars if I could! One of the girls working there was nice.

I dont understand the negative reviews on here. George and his staff have always been great to our family. Even through our difficult times they have always understood and helped us out. All you have to do is just call and tell them the situation. I will always recommend People's Credit to everyone.

I make my payments and have never had a problem whatever girl answers for me to make my payments is always nice...I feel like the people that write these bad reviews just don't pay their bills what do you expect to happen? And yeah its high interest but you got that because of your credit score they're helping you by giving you a loan in the first place use it to fix your credit and quit complaining

I really appreciate the ladies who answer the phone and always take the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions (I have a lot). They are very pleasant on the phone and are super helpful and informative! I’ve been with them since 2018 and have never had an issue with anything; and they’ve always been super helpful. They let me borrow my extra key twice, they’ve changed my due date for my car payment for me and never have charged me a late fee. When I had to cancel my old debit card once my payment ended up being a few days late and they were super understanding and didn’t charge me any fees!

The manager/owner George bulick is very threatening and verbally abusive towards his clients totally unwilling to work with you definitely do not recommend this company
