It was a great experience. If you've had bad experience with them it's most likely due to neglect to pay your payment he's a great guy. I've bought 2 an soon to be 3 from him an although it is a little high. As long as your payment is paid its an you don't try screwing them over he takes care of you. The warranty is good. Highly recommend for ppl with no credit or not so good credit but PAY YOUR PAYMENT.

After our tuscon went through its 3rd motor in a year and a half and have years of perfect payments this company decided to tell us the wanted to keep us as customers by offering to put us in a different vehicle for yet another 2000 dollars down. Thank you for doing us a favor. Byrider in Burlington Iowa took plenty good care of us. Byrider has a fantastic staff, better vehicles, better cost, and better warranty. Buy from Credit pro at your own risk. I promise you I will never recommend this place to another soul. If you're smart you will run away from here at a very fast pace.

Do NOT go here. I have been a customer for about 4 years now. I have a 100% on time payment history and they're now deciding to add on additional fees after I've made my payment, without my knowledge, and then harassing me about the past due balance of 26.93$ that I didn't even know about. They came to my house and left a letter threatening repossession over less than $30 that I didn't even know about. I only gave 1 star because no stars isn't an option.

This dealership shouldn’t be allowed to operate. This is the only dealership that I have had such horrible luck with. After having my vehicle for 2 months I mentioned it to them. They told me different people drive different ways and told me they reset it to factory settings. I had to put a new computer in my vehicle while I’ve had it and now the transmission is broken so I can’t drive it at all. All while still having to pay for it! I have suffered so much financial distress from these people because of cost of repairs along with missed work. Idk what I will do now. Pleeeease listen and don’t buy there!!!! I even complained to BBB.

I went there with my husband and with me being on disability couldn't really afford a high priced car he insulted me and asked me and my husband how is it that since we're on disability how we would even make the payment after denying us and kept asking about our personal lives then kept asking how we would make the payment then explaining what are bills are mind you rent is 200 and I have food stamps he proceeded to ask me how we would pay insurance and this and that he was very rude I not once was rude with him and he got very snippy I wouldn't go there if I was you

It was a 1 star. I did not read the reviews first. I wish I did. First car died before on Broadway, tried another. Filled out the paperwork, Got fuel it died over 15 times before I got back to the dealership. My salesman did threaten as is and if I didn't show respect he would give a tow. Which was a shock. I have not cursed or talked bad about him, the vehicle or the dealership, because so far, to this point he was professional. Hopefully the vehicle will be running as it should tomorrow so I can change my review. Which I will be happy & thankful to do., they called said electric short in start button & would have part the next day, they never called again, a few days later, I have the car, in my opinion, for now it is running as it should. I raised my review & will change again in a few weeks if goes well.

ATTENTION!!! All of you who are potentially buying from CREDIT PRO AUTO. If you wanna pay 4 times the blue book value for a car that needs the motor & transmission replaced within 14 months or if you like not having air conditioning then your at the rite place. If you wanna buy from people who repose your car only because your 1 month behind & charge you an additional towing fee, these are your people. If you wanna pay for a junker at 570$ monthly for 5 years, your on the rite track. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DONT EVEN GO IN THEIR PARKING LOT. THERE CON ARTISTS WHO BUY THEIR OWN REPOSSESSED CARS FROM THEIR AUCTIONS & RESELL THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES MAKING 10S OF THOUSANDS OFF OF UNSUSPECTING BUYERS. GO ANYWHERE BUT CREDIT PRO PLEASEEEEEEEE

If I could put a negative review, I would. Least professional place I’ve ever walked into. Not only was a refused service for absolutely no reason, the guy who worked there “Jeff” was disrespectful and made no effort to help.
