First Bankers Trust Company, N.A., Quincy, IL

I went here for the first time ever today to open a checking account, and the woman, Kirsten, who assisted me in that process was absolutely wonderful! she was extremely helpful as she answered all of the questions I had, and was so very nice as well. This experience with her gave me a great first impression with the bank!

Older blonde Lady in the drive thru was eavesdropping on my conversation with my husband then got smart with me because she misheard something we were talking about. To be fair. She is rude everytime we go through there.

This bank by the mall has done nothing but give problems. My husband would try to cash his checks here and they wouldn't because he didn't have a checking account here even though the employer used this bank. They tell you that you can only cash $1500 in drive thru and every other First Bankers does $2500. They are always rude. My family has been with First Bankers over 30 years and this bank has never been good.

Always issues here rude service i use 12 th street they are always friendly and helpful

Make my car payment over the phone every month because i live 52 miles away, have been doing so almost three years now, normally its a great experience until today when i was told i couldnt make my payment over the phone. Thanks caleb for being so matter of fact.
