Customer service is always grouchy and super rude. Not helpful or patient when explaining bank policy or procedures to younger/new bank users

All in all this bank is an ok bank. Some of the loan officers were good & some weren't. I wished the bank had hearts. My parents got loans with a hand shake. I even got one over the phone. Now everything is centered around that all precious credit score. What happened to the good ole hand shake?

I was defrauded online through a Facebook purchase, and Facebook is, of course, a slimy unaccountable bureaucracy, so my only other option was a fraud report through Mercantile. Unfortunately, when it mattered most, Mercantile proved they were weak little toadies to Daddy Visa, and they aren't able to protect their customers from blatant fraud, because Visa says so. What an embarrassment. Don't trust Mercantile.

Have always been very helpful and personable. Made my experience excellent!

Friendly staff never had any problems with my account in the 6 years I had one there

Teresa is super unpleasant to talk to👎🏻When telling her I didn't receive some mail I was supposed to get she responded with 'okay..?..' and acted as if checking my account was a chore for her. Then she seemed upset when I didnt remember the name of the person I talked to about it 2 weeks ago. After telling her my address she asked if 'East' and 'E' are the same thing- which i'm pretty sure is common sense? Step it up Mercantile🙄
