Highly DONT recommend. I don't have a loan, my fiance does. These people harass and call every week if you pay ON TIME to "extend" the loan. They don't tell you they're going to close your old loan and reopen a new one, they just do it without permission. They change the rates and all WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Beware, only use them if you ABSOLUTELY have to. Me personally, I never would and my fiance never will again. A working person doesn't have time to be harassed by someone they pay on time every month. Then the rates are HORRIBLE even with a decent credit score of 710, nothing behind or in collections (over 38% for what?!) Would give 0 stars if I could EDIT TO RESPOND TO THEIR RESPONSE. There is no need for you to discuss anything with me or the "customer". I simply made a review to warn others before dealing with your company and taking out a loan.

I went to the Quincy Illinois branch. Ellen Neese was great. She helped me refinance my auto loan plus put cash in my pocket. She saved me almost 100 dollars a month. I highly recommend going to OneMain Finance for personal loans, refinancing or consolidation.

Ellen was wonderful to work with and all the ladies were very helpful! Thank you for making this process so easy and painless!

Will not work with anyone in a time of need - my best friend was in ICU dying of Covid and they demanded to speak with her and harassed her on her death bed. DO NOT recommend .

It is nothing but being bullied by Josh, who is the manager. Kept pushing and pushing and starting arguments all because I wouldn't sign up for auto payments on my account, the Quincy branch has gone to hell with how they treat customers ever since Lori, Carrie, and Garth all quit due to the way they were treated. I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore, they do not care about anything except money and how they can bully ppl into doing what they want. I have used this company for many years but once I am paid up I wont be using them anymore. My advice... go somewhere else !

Do not apply for any loans via online you will be approved a hard inquiry will take place and you'll be told all you have to do now is come up with collateral or a cosigner. Now your credit is taking a hard inquiry so that this company can play games. The only thing you will get is conned into applying having your credit hit and being denied because you didn't put up collateral or get a cosigner after they pre-approved you online again do not apply to this company.

Worst experience ever in my life .People are extremely unprofessional and downright rude. Then talk to you down to you like a child or poor servant of theirs .
